These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for every couple. Our goal is to be clear, fair, and transparent — while keeping the focus on creating a meaningful ceremony.
Photography & Image Use
Professional photographers will be present during your ceremony and/or experience. All photographs taken are the intellectual property of the photographer.
By booking an experience with us, you grant permission for images taken during your ceremony to be used by the photographer and/or our business for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing purposes.
We use these images to represent our work and help future couples understand the experience we offer.
Privacy & Opt-Out Option
We understand that some couples prefer privacy.
If you do not wish for your likeness or ceremony images to be used for marketing or social media purposes, you may opt out by completing a Photography Privacy Waiver prior to your ceremony.

The opt-out fee is $150

This fee covers administrative handling and coordination with the photographer

Once the waiver is signed and fee is paid, the photographer will withhold your images from promotional and marketing use
This opt-out applies only to marketing and promotional use and does not affect:

Your personal access to purchased images

Your right to share images privately or on personal social media
Opt-out requests must be submitted before the ceremony date. Requests made after the ceremony cannot be guaranteed.
If you wish to keep your ceremony images private, you may request this by completing our Photography Privacy Waiver prior to your ceremony.
Acknowledgment
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Photography & Image Use Policy. This policy is part of our overall Booking Policies. Please review our Booking Policy for additional terms related to reservations, payments, cancellations, and scheduling.
